Serge Todorovich joined Shenkman Capital in 2017 and is Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer, as well as a Principal of the firm. He oversees the Legal, Compliance, and Human Resources departments, and is responsible for legal and regulatory matters across Shenkman Capital and its funds. Previously, he was General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer of Prosiris Capital Management LP and Associate General Counsel at Eton Park Capital Management, L.P. Prior to joining Eton Park, Mr. Todorovich was Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Goldman, Sachs & Co. He joined Goldman Sachs from Shearman & Sterling LLP, where he was an Associate in the Asset Management Group in New York. He is an active member of industry and professional association committees and working groups focused on the investment fund industry, credit investing, derivatives, and financial regulation. Mr. Todorovich received his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law, a Master of Arts in Law & Diplomacy from the Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy and a BA from Tufts University.

Adam Gehrie, Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel, has been a senior executive of Gresham since 2014. Gehrie is a member of the board of directors of the private investment funds managed by Gresham and has a leadership role in Gresham’s business strategy and corporate governance. Prior to joining Gresham, Gehrie was a senior member of the legal & compliance department at Eton Park Capital Management, L.P., a multi-strategy hedge fund manager. Before Eton Park, Gehrie was an attorney in the investment management groups of Dechert LLP and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP where he counseled investment advisers and investors.  He holds a BA from Amherst College where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center where he served as an editor of the Georgetown Law Journal.

Ayesha Kiani is the Chief Operating Officer of Monarq Asset Management, having previously held the same role at LedgerPrime. She also serves as a Faculty Professor at NYU Tandon School of Engineering, where she focuses on teaching and researching in Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology. Previously, Ayesha was a Managing Director at Republic Crypto, where she led various business development intiatives like regulated token sales and Republic's Security Token presale. 

Michael Oliver Weinberg, CFA, is Special Advisor to the Tokyo University of Science Endowment. Over three decades, he has invested across traditional and alternative asset classes as both a direct investor and an asset allocator. He previously served as Managing Director and board member at APG, and Chief Investment Officer at MOV37 and Protégé Partners, following roles at FRM, Soros, and Credit Suisse. An Adjunct Professor at Columbia Business School, he created and teaches an advanced MBA course on institutional investing. A published author in The New York Times and Institutional Investor, Michael holds a BS from NYU and an MBA from Columbia. 

Emily leads marketing and investor relations for Bienville Capital, a New York-based investment firm with an opportunistic approach to asset management and advisory services. In her role, Emily is focused on maintaining transparent and effective communication between Bienville and its global investors while identifying potential new partnerships. In her nine years with Bienville, Emily has supported more than 10 fund launches across both public and private markets.  
 
Emily earned her BA/MA from St. John’s University and her MBA from Columbia Business School. She volunteers her time as a mentor through two organizations, 100 Women in Finance and Women in Funds. 

Arthur Melkonian previously worked at State Street Co., International Fund Services, and Equinox Partners Investment Managment as COO.  Mr. Melkonian joined DS Advisors in 2024, as the COO he oversees all business and investment operations. DS Advisors is a US-based family office with an unconstrained mandate seeking investment opportunities with a patient, value-driven mindset. The firm focuses primarily on investing in the highest quality publicly listed businesses . Mr. Melkonian holds a B.S. in International Business from Johnson & Wales University and an MBA in Finance from the Huizenga School of Business at NSU. 

Laura Salvatori is Principal and Chief Legal, Risk and People Officer at Anson Funds, a hedge fund with offices in Toronto and Dallas with approximately $2bn in assets under management. Laura advises on all aspects of regulatory, litigation, deals, structuring, GP/LP and governance matters for Anson’s investment funds and investment managers. Laura previously practiced in New York City as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel at Goldman Sachs in the investment bank legal and corporate governance groups. Prior to Goldman, Laura was an attorney at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP where she was a member of the capital markets group. 

Laura holds a JD from Osgoode and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Schulich School of Business. Laura was selected as a Lexpert Rising Star in 2023 (Leading Lawyers Under 40), Canadian Lawyer Magazine’s Top 25 Most Influential Lawyers in 2023 (In-House), one of the Corporate Counsel Business Journal’s 50 Women to Watch in 2023 and was nominated as a finalist in the Mid-Market Excellence Category for the 2023 Canadian General Counsel Awards. She is admitted to practice in New York and Ontario and is a member of the New York City Bar's Securities Regulation Committee, the American Bar Association and Women General Counsel of Canada. 

Hendra is the founder and CEO of Kilohana.AI Advisors, a Generative Artificial Intelligence wealth manager in which Agentic AI autonomously derives and evaluates Alpha models and their corresponding Alpha investment decisions.

Additionally, the Agentic AI generates hypotheses on impending economic conditions and risk measures. The Kilohana Organic Intelligence team’s integrated knowledge in finance and technology oversee the fidelity of the portfolio outcome.

Hendra has been involved in asset management of several quantitative funds with close to $4 Billion AUM, both as Quant of the alpha modeling and as fundamental securities analyst. He has full spectrum finance experience in derivatives, equities (Morgan Stanley), currencies and commodities (Deutsche, Bear Stearns), fixed-income and credit (GRFP Berkshire Hathaway), quantitative asset management (J. & W. Seligman), and enterprise multi-assets multi-currencies risk management (Bear Stearns, GRFP). He has also been involved in several FinTech startups with Kilohana.AI being his latest venture. Prior to finance, he worked in Supercomputer R&D at IBM T. J. Watson Research Center.

Hendra was in the Artificial Intelligence PhD program at Columbia University prior to being recruited by Morgan Stanley Equity Derivatives Group. He holds Master’s in Computer Science and Bachelor’s in Electrical & Computer Engineering. He received IBM Research PhD fellowship and was inducted to Eta Kappa Nu (Honor Society of Electrical Engineer) for his research and academic excellence. He holds patent in Agentic AI and Generative AI technologies.

Valerie serves as CCO for Westport Capital Partners, a real estate investment firm managing $7.8 billion in assets, as of 6/30/2025, across both diversified and specialized funds. The firm’s investments span over 35 states, as well as Europe, Asia, and Australia.  

Ms. Speare previously worked at ACA Group, as an outsourced CCO and consultant to hedge fund and private equity firms. Prior to ACA, she served as a Senior Examiner at UBS Financial Services, and as a VP of Compliance at a Miami-based firm where she supervised offices located in South America. 

Ms. Speare is a graduate of Cornell University.

Terence is responsible for management of the operational due diligence process. He is a member of the Valuation Committee, Brokerage and Counterparty Risk Committee, Compliance and Risk Assessment Committee, Multi-Strategy Investment Committee, and the Credit Investment Committee. Prior to joining Corbin in December 2005, he spent nine years in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he specialized in audits for hedge fund, venture capital and private equity limited partnerships and collateralized debt obligations. Terence received his Bachelor of Commerce with honors from University College Galway, Ireland, with a concentration in accounting and finance. He received his Master’s in Accounting with honors from University College Dublin, Ireland, with a concentration in accountancy, taxation and finance. Terence is a Certified Public Accountant and an Irish Chartered Accountant. 

Ms. McGurk is the Deputy Chief Operating Officer of Millburn Ridgefield LLC, a quantitative alternative investment manager with origins dating back to 1971 and $11 billion in assets under management. Before joining Millburn in 2024, she was the co-founder, COO, CFO & CCO of Strobus Capital LLC, a discretionary macro investment manager, where she led all non-investment functions, including operations, accounting, legal and compliance, marketing and investor relations for seven years. Michelle previously worked at Metacapital Management L.P., an investment manager specializing in the mortgage and structured credit markets, and before that, at Protégé Partners, LLC, an asset manager focused on investments in small, emerging hedge fund managers. She began her career at Ernst & Young providing audit and advisory services to asset management clients. Michelle graduated with distinction from The Pennsylvania State University, earning a B.S. in Accounting with a Finance focus and a Minor in International Business. She is a New York State licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). 

Mr. Cohen is General Counsel and Co-Head - Asset Management at Varadero Capital, L.P.  In these roles, Mr. Cohen provides strategic and regulatory advice, advice regarding governance, transaction and fund structuring and employment matters, drives workouts and related litigation, and leads efforts to enhance diligence and surveillance of specialty finance platforms. From 2011 to 2015, Mr. Cohen was a private fund / regulatory Partner at Mayer Brown LLP.  From 2008 through 2011, Mr. Cohen was a Partner at Venable LLP, focusing on private fund formation, seed capital and ‘40 Act regulation. From 2004 to 2008, Mr. Cohen was a Managing Director / Principal at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. where he oversaw 20+ investment platforms and was one of two attorneys who supervised asset management legal throughout The Bear Stearns Companies Inc. Mr. Cohen has a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan Ross (formerly Kresge) School of Business, a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and is presently Co-Chair of the Compliance Committee of the NYC Bar Association. 

Michael Novogratz is the Founder and CEO of Galaxy Digital. He was formerly a Partner and President of Fortress Investment Group LLC. Prior to Fortress, Mr. Novogratz spent 11 years at Goldman Sachs, where he was elected Partner in 1998. Mr. Novogratz served on the New York Federal Reserve’s Investment Advisory Committee on Financial Markets from 2012 – 2015. Mr. Novogratz serves as the Chairman of The Bail Project and has made criminal justice reform a focus of his family’s foundation. He also sits on the Board of Overseers at NYU Langone Medical Center and is a board member of Princeton Varsity Club and Jazz Foundation of America. Mr. Novogratz received an AB in Economics from Princeton University and served as a helicopter pilot in the US Army. 

Jonathan Koerner is a partner, shareholder and Head of Middle Office at Albourne. His team of attorneys and investment professionals provide clients with legal document diligence (LDD), negotiation support and subscription assistance for their alternative investments. Jonathan also leads Albourne’s research on fee analysis, including development of the “1-or-30” fee structure. Prior to joining Albourne in 2015, Jonathan served as Investment Counsel at Utah Retirement Systems, where he was responsible for negotiating and structuring portfolio investments. 

Tom Bachner joined Kate Capital in 2024.  Prior to Kate Capital, Tom was president of Mudrick Capital Management and from 2003-2021 Tom worked at Bridgewater Associates in a variety of senior roles, most recently as Global Head of Institutional Partnerships. Before moving to the investment management industry, Tom spent 10 years working in intelligence for the U.S. government. He earned an MBA from the University of Texas-Austin and a BA in Political Science from Yale University. 

Divya Singaravelu is a Senior Portfolio Manager at Itaú Asset Management, covering multi-asset Fund-of-Funds and international fixed-income funds. Her approach combines quantitative models and macroeconomic research to optimize portfolio allocation, enhance performance, and ensure effective risk management. Divya also oversees trading activities across ETFs, MFs, bonds, derivatives, and money market instruments to maintain liquidity and cost efficiency. Before her current role, Divya was an Emerging Markets Credit Trader at Banco Santander, where she managed trading activities and risk exposure for emerging markets sovereign and corporate debt instruments. Her experience extends to hedge funds, having worked as a Global Macro Research Associate at Light Sky Macro LP, where she analyzed global economic indicators and developed strategies that effectively monetized shifting market conditions. Divya holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, where she graduated as a Dean’s Scholar, and a master’s degree in advanced data science and journalism from Columbia University 

Michael DeAddio is Chief Operating Officer at Paloma Partners Management Company, having joined in December 2024. Previously, he was Co-Founder, Partner, COO & CCO at Dark Forest Capital Management, a Global Systematic Macro & Equity investment manager. Prior to Dark Forest, Michael was President & COO of WorldQuant and also held senior technology and operation roles at Elm Ridge Capital, Credit Suisse Alternative Asset Management, Silver Point Captial, & Citadel. Mr. DeAddio holds BS & MS degrees in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from MIT and holds a US patent entitled “Object Oriented System For Managing Complex Financial Instruments 

Jehangir is a technologist, a former entrepreneur, and a Wall Street veteran. Over the years he’s held senior leadership positions at various hedge funds and investment banks. He has also built and sold his hedge fund technology focused startup that achieved profitability from the first year. He has built several real time systems that were the backbone of Trading, Pricing, Position Management, Compliance and Accounting. The systems, Jehangir built, helped in optimizing execution costs; improving accuracy, speed and reliability of data; and efficiently using licensing fees. 

Jehangir is also a champion for animal rights and gender equality. He is an avid reader and likes to experience different cultures by travelling around the globe. This has enriched his perspective by having a global outlook when helping his stakeholders and clients.

Evan Newman joined JAT Capital Management in September of 2024 as the Head of Business Development. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Newman was the Head of Business Development at Geosphere Capital Management. From 2010 to 2023, he served as President & Director of Business Development at Mittleman Investment Management. Mr. Newman previously served in senior business development and marketing roles at HS Management Partners and W.P. Stewart & Co. He began his career in the analyst program at J.P. Morgan Investment Management in 1999. Mr. Newman received a BBA from the University of Miami and is also a graduate of The Peddie School. 

Marcela Crossman is Head of Middle & Back Office Services at Linedata. With over two decades of leadership in asset servicing and operational strategy she brings deep expertise in helping asset managers and alternative investment firms scale efficiently while maintaining control and oversight. 

Romulad began his career as an auditor working for a Big 4 accounting firm focusing on  year-end audits of hedge and private equity funds. Romulad also spent time working for a hedge fund in the operations department. During his 21-year career in the alternative investments space, Romulad has consulted Investment managers on maximizing operational efficiencies and creating an optimal back-office infrastructure. Romulad holds a B.B.A in Accountancy from Baruch College and is a New York licensed CPA. 

Rebecca Kerner Reiss serves as the Head of Business Development and Investor Relations. Before joining the Firm in July 2021, Rebecca worked for Levin Easterly Partners (previously Levin Capital Strategies) for six years as the Director of Business Development.  From 2012-2014, she was a Client Relationship Manager with Atlantic Investment Management. Prior to joining Atlantic Investment Management, Rebecca spent 5 years at Vision Capital Advisors in Marketing and Investor Relations. She graduated from University of Wisconsin – Madison with a BS in Sociology and Communication. Rebecca serves as co-Head of volunteer committee, Head of Americas volunteer committee as well as a member of the Steering Committee and Allocator Committee for 100 Women in Finance, the Steering Committee of NASP’s Women’s Forum as well as serving as a mentor for 100WF LaunchME Program since 2022 and Rock the Street, Wall Street career development program.  She has been a panelist and moderator for various organizations including Live Girl, SHEWORKS, Viable Edu, 100WF, NASP and Shook Forbes. 

Alex Baudoin serves as Principal, Director, Macro & Tactical Strategies at Titan Advisors. He is responsible for due diligence and new manager identification across macro, commodity, relative value, and multi-strategy hedge funds. He also sits on the firm’s investment risk committee, evaluating manager specific and broader market risks across all of Titan’s strategies and portfolios. Alex joined Titan in November 2018 as a Research Analyst in the Global Macro, CTA, and Multi[1]Strategy space where he focused on manager sourcing and due diligence. Prior to Titan, he worked as a commodity and equity trader. Alex graduated from Tufts University in 2015 with a B.A. degree in economics.

Courtney Lewis is a Partner at Marshall Wace North America, where she serves as General Counsel. She is also a member of Marshall Wace's global Operating Committee. Additionally, she serves as Chair of the Managed Fund Association's Advisers, Management, and Operations Committee. Before joining Marshall Wace, Courtney was the Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel at Hound Partners, which was seeded by Tiger Management. She began her career at Systematic Financial Management, an affiliate of Affiliated Managers Group, as Compliance Officer and Counsel. 

Courtney completed her Bachelor of Arts at New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study and earned a Juris Doctorate with a Masters in International Political Economy and Development from Fordham University in New York. She is an adjunct professor at Fordham Law School’s Masters of Compliance program, where she also contributed to developing the online course curriculum in Investment Management Regulation. Furthermore, Courtney serves as the Board Chairperson of Literacy Partners, an adult literacy non-profit organization focused on making a two-generation impact on education. 

Ithran Olivacce is a dynamic Operations Executive with a robust history in asset management. He currently serves as Director of Global Operations at Beach Point Capital Management, a multi-strategy credit hedge fund. Ithran leads a team responsible for the firm’s operations, leveraging his strategic thinking and innovative solutions to drive operational efficiencies and support business growth. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. 

Nan Xiao is Chief Technology & Data Officer at Greenland Capital Management, driving AI, data, and quantamental infrastructure for the multi-strategy hedge fund. She previously re-architected Tradeweb’s bond-trading platform, co-founded a healthcare ML startup, and built scalable systems at Goldman Sachs and early-stage ventures. Named one of NYC’s “Top 50 Female Full-Stack Developers,” Nan speaks regularly on deploying GenAI in investment workflows. She holds dual M.Eng. degrees in Computer Science and Electrical & Computer Engineering from Cornell University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai University.

Kyle Fritz, founder and managing partner of Acropolis Capital Partners in Houston, Texas, leads a boutique family office specializing in ultra-high-net-worth clients. With extensive experience in investment and asset management, Kyle guides affluent families in allocating capital across public and private markets to achieve financial goals and build multi-generational wealth. 

Ryan Kanaley is the Chief Investment Officer for Overbrook Management Corporation and is the lead Portfolio Manager of the Overbrook Core Equity Fund.  Mr. Kanaley is responsible for investment allocation, portfolio management and oversight, security selection and risk management. Prior to joining Overbrook in 2022, Ryan served as a Senior Research Analyst for Seven Canyons Advisors, as an Equity Research Analyst for Wasatch Global Investors, as a Principal for a Global Macro Hedge Fund and as an analyst for JPMorgan Chase & Co. Mr. Kanaley holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Finance from Brigham Young University. 

Dan Katsikas is a co-founder of Tensile Capital Management, and serves as its Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer.  

Prior to Tensile, from 2007 to 2012, Dan was the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and a Managing Director of J.C. Flowers & Co. LLC, a global private equity firm with approximately $8 billion of assets under management.  At J.C. Flowers, Dan was responsible for the global finance function, including firm and fund level accounting, cash management, financial and management reporting and financial planning, as well as the firm’s operations.  He also served on the Investment Committee and Operating Committee during his tenure at J.C. Flowers.   

From 2004 to 2007, Dan was a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Bear Stearns Merchant Banking, a middle-market private equity firm with approximately $4 billion of assets under management.  Bear Stearns Merchant Banking was the private equity affiliate of the Bear Stearns Companies, Inc.

Prior to Bear Stearns Merchant Banking, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Trivest Partners, L.P. and prior to that, spent nine years in public accounting at Kaufman, Rossin & Co., where he represented several private equity and hedge funds.   

He received a B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Florida in 1991 and passed the Certified Public Accountant Examination in 1993. 

Ryan is charged with developing and maintaining Swan’s key relationships with broker-dealers and investment platforms and for ensuring product availability across various distribution channels. With 12 years of financial industry experience, he is based out of Durango, CO and covers investment firms across the country. 

Prior to joining Swan, Ryan was raising capital for CNL Securities Corp. specializing in Business Development Companies and Non-Traded REITs. He started his career with BNY Mellon after graduating from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a Master of Business Administration from Rollins College.

Michelle Noyes joined AIMA in 2012 as Chief Operating Officer of AIMA's New York office and became the Association's Head of Americas in 2017.  AIMA is the world’s largest membership association for alternative investment managers. Its membership has more firms, managing more assets than any other industry body, and through our 10 offices located around the world, we serve over 2,000 members in 60 different countries. AIMA’s mission, which includes that of its private credit affiliate, the Alternative Credit Council (ACC), is to ensure that our industry of hedge funds, private market funds and digital asset funds is always best positioned for success.

Previously, she was Head of International Sales and Investor Relations for BRZ Investimentos, one of the largest independent asset managers in Brazil. While in Sao Paulo, she also served as the Brazil representative for AIMA and established the AIMA Brazil network. Michelle holds a B.A. and M.A. from New York University and is a CAIA Charterholder.

Jennifer Han serves as Chief Legal Officer and Head of Global Regulatory Affairs at MFA. She is responsible for leading the Association’s U.S. regulatory strategy and engagement, overseeing all legal matters including contracts, litigation, compliance, and legal risk. Jennifer also advises MFA members on key legal, regulatory, and compliance developments affecting the alternative investment industry, including investment advisers, commodity trading advisors, and commodity pool operators. She has extensive experience engaging with regulators and policymakers such as the SEC, CFTC, Treasury, Federal Reserve, NFA, ESMA, UK FCA, IOSCO, and other global regulatory bodies. 

Dave Sampson is the Vice President of Cyber Risk & Strategy at Thrive. In his role, he heads Thrive’s Consulting Practice, where he and his team of experts join forces with clients to deliver strategic guidance on a range of topics including Cybersecurity, IT Operations, Cloud, Microsoft 365, Compliance, Disaster Recovery planning, and more. 

Over the course of his extensive career, Dave has taken up various influential positions in the industry. He served as a Senior Consulting Technical Solution Manager at IBM, held the roles of Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Itrica, founded and served as CEO of Cloud Provider USA, and held the position of Chief Technology Officer at ColoSpace. 

Dave holds an MBA from Northeastern University and a BS in Communication and Media Studies from Emerson College.  He is also a former elected official in his hometown of Sandwich, MA.

Sandeep co-founded Equity Data Science in 2017 and serves as the Company’s Chairman and CEO.  His unique experience includes computer science, fundamental analysis, and data science. Prior to founding EDS, Sandeep was a quantitative analyst at Bridger Capital and a quantitative and fundamental analyst at Herring Creek Capital, a hedge fund founded by Steve Galbraith where he developed a proprietary quantitative platform for idea generation and risk management. Prior to that, he was a quantitative analyst at Credit Suisse where his responsibilities included portfolio and risk analysis and quantitative modeling for the Prime Brokerage and Securities desks. Before joining Credit Suisse in 2008, Sandeep developed and managed trading and risk management systems at Lehman Brothers and UBS. Sandeep received his Master of Engineering in Computer Science from Cornell University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. 

Brett Wilzbach is a Senior Director at Cannae Portfolio Advisors, a structured credit and private credit fund that spun out from Paloma Partners in 2021. He leads the firm’s risk management efforts and supports product development and investor communication. Prior to Cannae, Brett was a Portfolio Manager at Paloma, focused on liquid products and derivatives hedging within structured credit. He holds a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence from Johns Hopkins University and serves as a guest lecturer and career advisor at Boston College. 

Mr. Greenhaus joined Solus in October 2015 as the Firm’s Chief Economist and Strategist. Prior to Solus, Mr. Greenhaus served as Chief Strategist at BTIG, where he was responsible for analyzing economic and market trends and helping clients to formulate investment strategies. Prior to BTIG, he was at Miller Tabak where he served as Chief Economic Strategist. Previously, Mr. Greenhaus was with Credit Suisse First Boston in the high yield research department after beginning his career with Bear Stearns. Mr. Greenhaus received his undergraduate degree from the University of Buffalo and an MBA in Finance and Investments from Baruch College. He is a member of The National Association for Business Economics and The New York Society of Security Analysts. 

Fahd is the CEO and co-founder of Iguana Investments, a transformation-focused long/short equity fund launched in 2021 with over USD 200m under management. The Fund invests predominantly in developed market equities (US UK, Scandinavia, and Western Europe). Fahd has over 15 years of industry experience, which includes almost a decade at Majedie Asset Management where he was responsible for co-ordinating operations across several funds, with a primary focus on the Majedie Tortoise Fund (a long/short equity fund). Prior to his time at Majedie Fahd worked at Black Ant Investment Management where he managed fund operations for a multi-asset long/short fund. Fahd delivers institutional-grade investment operations and has worked closely with an extensive range of industry specialists and providers. Fahd holds the IOC, IMC designation and is a CFA Charterholder.

Steven Greenblatt is the Head of Business Development for Neo Ivy Capital, a NYC based Quantitative Hedge Fund that uses Advanced AI to generate Alpha in its Global Equity Trading Strategy.  Steven has previous business development experience with First Quadrant, FrontPoint Partners, Causeway Capital Management, Logica Capital and NightShares. Steven attended the University of South Florida and received his MBA at the University of Michigan. 

Prior to joining Equinox, Kieran worked in business development for First Eagle Investment Management, Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group, and the Managed Funds Association. He graduated from Williams College with a BA in Economics and English.

Steve Kahn joined Talpion Fund Management in April 2010, briefly launching 2011 but reverting to a SFO in 2012. Steve’s current role includes managing Operations, IT, HR, Compliance, vendor relationships and performing ODD.  

His previous experience with Hedge Funds operations started in 2000 at DLJ/Pershing in Prime Brokerage operations and then in 2003, at Barclays Capital managing the Equity Prime Brokerage operations group.  He later joined Carlyle Blue-Wave in 2007, and thereafter joined Raptor Capital Management. 

Steve graduated Emory University in 1989 with a BBA in Management and received his MBA in Finance from Emory’s Business School in 1993. 

Nadya Prashad is the Head of Business Development Engagement within Investor Relations, having joined CFM in 2017. She leads the firm’s global communications efforts focused on brand building, marketing and promoting the firm’s investment strategies and research capabilities. She previously worked at Credit Suisse in the Investment Banking, Asset Management and Global Markets departments in both London and New York. Nadya has an MBA from the Owen School at Vanderbilt University and a Bachelors in Finance from the University of South Carolina. 

Scott Radke is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Chief Investment Officer at New Holland Capital (NHC). As CEO, Scott is responsible for leading, implementing, and growing NHC’s business activities. As Co-CIO, Scott is responsible for portfolio management, investment research, and portfolio risk alongside Bill Young. Scott is a member of the firm’s Financial Risk Management Committee and a member of the Investment Committee, which opines on investment and portfolio decisions across NHC’s business lines. Prior to the launch of NHC in 2006, Scott was a member of the Hedge Fund Group within a Dutch pension. Before that, Scott was a Vice President at Citigroup Global Markets and previously an Associate within the Insurance-related Structured Transactions Group at Goldman Sachs. Scott graduated magna cum laude from the University of Michigan with a BSE in Mechanical Engineering and received an MBA in Finance with distinction from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. 

Supriya Randev is currently Head of U.S. Business Development at Caius Capital LLP where she drives institutional growth and strategic engagement with North American allocators. Previously, she served as Director of Marketing and Investor Relations at East Lodge Capital crafting investor communications and building investor relationships for the firm. With deep experience in capital formation, she excels at aligning fund strategy with allocator expectations, enhancing visibility, and fostering long-term investor trust in the alternatives space.

Sean Sanborn joined UBS in 2022 as a Director in UBS’ Chief Investment Office responsible for hedge fund research, portfolio construction, and strategy within the US Wealth Management division, with over $20 billion in hedge fund exposure. Prior to UBS, Sean was a Director within the Hedge Fund Research department at Cambridge Associates, covering uncorrelated strategies and constructing portfolios for endowments, foundations, and family offices. He graduated cum laude from Middlebury College with a BA in Economics as well as a CFA and CAIA charterholder. 

Patrice Bonfiglio is the President of Sarissa Capital Management LP, a registered investment adviser focused on constructive shareholder activism in the healthcare sector. Since 2013, Ms. Bonfiglio served in various roles at Sarissa Capital, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. From October 2020 to October 2022, Ms. Bonfiglio served as Chief Financial Officer of Sarissa Capital Acquisition Corp., a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company focusing on the healthcare and biopharma industry (Nasdaq: SRSA). Ms. Bonfiglio began her career in accounting and operations, and held such roles at Arbalet Capital Management, LP, Arrowhawk Capital Partners, LLC, Ridgefield Capital Asset Management and Pequot Capital Management, Inc. Ms. Bonfiglio received her B.S. degree from Temple University. Ms. Bonfiglio currently serves as an advisor to Helix Decision Science, and agentic AI company, and serves as a director of Amarin Corporation PLC, a pharmaceutical company focused on cardiovascular health. 

Michael Lubman is the Chief Operating Officer of GTC Partners, an environmental commodities hedge fund manager. In his role, Michael spreadheads the team’s business development and investor relations initiatives, including the firm’s due diligence. He also oversees the firm’s operational, accounting, risk management, compliance, and other administrative functions. 

Previously, Michael served as COO/CFO at MIK Capital and was a founding partner and COO of Vollero Beach Capital Partners. He began his career in London with Mercadian Capital / HSBC. Michael holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware and an M.B.A. from Fordham University. 

Emmanuel Richard is Chief Solution Officer at Opensee, a semantic-first platform that unifies treasury and capital markets analytics.Opensee introduces AI for risk and performance through verticalized agentic and semantic capabilities, bringing advanced analytics directly to users. Emmanuel has more than 20 years of experience across risk analytics, business intelligence, and large-scale data solutions, with leadership roles at MicroStrategy and Rimini Street, and an early career in DevOps and digital transformation at Microsoft and Quest Software. 

Greg Cignarella is a senior financial markets executive with over 25 years of experience in global fixed income trading, interest rate derivatives, and fintech sales leadership. Greg is currently Head of Americas at Tokeny, an Apex company, where he directs strategic sales and partnerships for blockchain-based tokenization of public and private market securities, in addition to a senior member of the Apex Digital 3.0 division where he leads the sales effort for North America. Apex Digital 3.0 is Apex Group’s global digital infrastructure platform designed to bridge traditional finance and blockchain-based markets at scale, enabling clients to digitize assets, unlock new liquidity channels, and drive asset growth while maintaining strict regulatory compliance. 

Greg previously led institutional sales teams at firms such as Cantor Fitzgerald, Nomura, Citi, Lehman Brothers and JP Morgan, specializing in structured products, interest rates securities and client portfolio risk management. 

Jake joined TAG Associates in 2022 and serves as a portfolio manager to client accounts. In addition to his client-facing role, Jake is a member of the private investment diligence team and sits on TAG’s investment committee.

Robert Farrell is a Partner in the Corporate, Funds & Finance Group at Loeb Smith Attorneys, with over 15 years’ experience in Banking & Finance in the UK and the Cayman Islands. He advises on investment fund formation, restructurings and financing as well as on Fintech, crypto and digital asset projects.

Robert also has extensive experience in regulatory compliance and risk management, having chaired major law firm risk committees. He holds financial accounting and other finance qualifications from Harvard Business School and LSE, and has published and spoken widely on offshore funds, digital assets, and regulatory developments.

Aani Nerlekar has core responsibilities for driving solution and market strategy for the alternatives business. He brings a wealth of hands-on experience to the team, leading the Sales Engineering and Solutions Management teams, working closely with prospects in understanding their front to back-office business needs. Aani works hand in hand with product management in defining, prioritizing and delivering the roadmap for various products including Eze Eclipse.

Ryan is a Partner and Head of Trading at Borderless, a pioneering Web3 investment management firm. Previously, he was Head of Trading at BlockTower Capital, an institutional investment firm applying professional trading, venture investing, credit underwriting, and portfolio management to digital and traditional assets. He also previously worked as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Celsius, where he led the global CeFi Trading and Market Insights teams. Prior to digital assets, Ryan was a Portfolio Manager at KLS Diversified, a multi-billion-dollar global macro and fixed income relative value hedge fund in NYC. Ryan has traditional capital markets experience within global banking and markets institutions, including RBS Greenwich Capital and Merrill Lynch & Co. Ryan is a CFA Charterholder, holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University, and is an advocate for empowering people with disabilities to participate in athletics.
