Paul Howard is a Senior Director of Wincent, a leading high-frequency cryptocurrency market maker and OTC liquidity provider with more than $600m in AUM. At Wincent, he is responsible for managing senior institutional relationships, strategy and business development across Europe and Asia.

Paul has over 12 years’ experience in the digital asset sector and a decade of trading experience at investment banks, including Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. Latterly, he has held a number of senior positions in crypto, such as CIO of a Bitcoin mining operation and also launched his own VC fund.

Paul has an MBA from the University of Hong Kong. He is a passionate skier and father of two children.

Marc has over 14 years of experience across traditional finance and the digital asset industry. His career spans roles in Back Office at CACEIS, Middle Office in derivatives at Societe Generale, and Front Office as a Sales Trader Fixed Income at Daiwa CM. He later spearheaded innovation at MarketAxess, who revolutionised electronic and algorithmic trading. Marc ventured into entrepreneurship and created his company in AI and digital assets, including RWA tokenization, crypto, and NFTs. His journey equips him with unique insights into the evolution of financial services through blockchain technology.

Charles is a seasoned digital asset expert with over 10 years in the industry. At Nickel Digital Asset Management, he leads investor efforts for the digital asset focused institutional asset manager. Previously, Charles played a pivotal role as the Head of Investor Relations at the first digital asset company to IPO on the London Stock Exchange's main market. A University of Sussex PPE graduate, he helped launch a blockchain climate action startup, steering its journey from funding to acquisition. A regular speaker at events, Charles frequently contributes to podcasts, industry publications, and television discussions.

Iñigo is the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director at ANB Investments. He is responsible for business development, investor relations and day to day operations of the fund. Mr. De Diego has over six years of experience in traditional finance and four years of experience in the digital assets industry. 

He started his career as an equity capital markets analyst at Deloitte, continued as an investment banking associate in ECM at Banco Santander, having executed over 20 ECM transactions worth over $50bn in IPOs, Rights Issues & Capital Increases for leading companies. 

Iñigo is an advisor in other digital assets projects such as HedgeWeek’s crypto events. Business Administration graduate for CUNEF in Madrid. Multicultural background, speaking three languages.

Alessandro is a Partner and Portfolio Manager at Fasanara Digital, the crypto division of London-based Fasanara Capital—a USD 4.5 billion hedge fund. Since co-founding Fasanara Digital in 2018, he has spearheaded the firm's operations and risk management, and contributed to the development of the trading strategies, helping Fasanara Digital establish itself as one of the industry’s best-performing digital asset managers. Alessandro is a frequent speaker at leading digital asset conferences and holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics and Stochastic Control from the University of Leeds, where he also completed a Master’s degree in Financial Mathematics. 

Ray brings 15 years of professional experience as an Alternatives specialist, holding senior business development and strategy roles at Deutsche Bank, PGIM and (Lyxor) Amundi where he partnered with some of the most well-regarded Hedge Funds globally. He also Co-Founded Bridge Partners, a boutique advisory & asset management firm that employs a strategic and thesis driven approach to digital asset investing. Prior to this he spent several years in the British Army and Security Services, first encountering Bitcoin in 2011 whilst working at the National Cyber Security Centre (GCHQ) and he has been actively investing in digital assets since 2017.

Elise is the Executive Director of Global Digital Finance (GDF), board member, and also board advisor to several start-ups on policy & regulatory issues.  

Previously, she was at the Association for Financial Markets in Europe (AFME), leading Digital Assets and Data Strategy work, and prior to that she worked at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), across both their Technology, Resilience and Cyber Division, and International Division.  

Named ‘Next Generation Leader of the Year’ at the 2022 Women in Finance Awards UK, Elise’s dual public and private sector experience positions her to lead both regulatory advocacy and contribute technical knowledge to support the growth of the digital assets ecosystem. 

Frank Holle, with a background in investment banking at ABN AMRO and Merrill Lynch London, co-founded the pioneering Quant Asset Management, a MAS-regulated global equities hedge fund in Singapore, which has thrived for over 17 years, garnering multiple awards. In 2017, he founded Holland Park Capital Pte Ltd to focus on fintech and blockchain investments. The Holland Park Digital Assets Fund, launched in January 2023, has seen remarkable success, boasting robust returns since inception. Holle's trajectory showcases his passion for innovation, adeptly navigating both traditional finance and future-oriented financial domains with astuteness.

Lewis is a Portfolio Manager at Re7 Capital - an award-winning Digital Asset Investment firm, specialising in DeFi Yield and Liquid Alpha strategies. Lewis focuses on the Opportunities Fund, investing via liquid secondary market strategies. Lewis has over 6 years running liquid portfolio strategies in digital assets, directing the investment strategies at Decentral Park Capital previously. Lewis is the most extensive writer for Our Network, the largest on-chain analytics newsletter globally. Lewis studied Psychology at the University of Bristol before starting his career at Tilney Investment Management. 

Stephanie Ramezan is Founder & CEO of The Crypto Collective, the world’s first strategic consultancy dedicated exclusively to institutional digital assets providing cutting-edge advisory services, marketing and communications, and strategic growth solutions to a diverse range of tradition finance and crypto native clients. 

Previously, Stephanie served as Head of Institutional Business Development for Gemini, the Crypto Exchange and Custodian and subsequently UK CEO, where she spearheaded institutional growth, regulatory strategy, and product expansion across the region.  

A globally recognized keynote speaker and thought leader in the digital assets space,  Stephanie continues to shape the future of fintech, bridging the gap between traditional finance and innovation. 

Samed is responsible for the strategy selection and portfolio management of the Systematic Digital Assets fund (ASDF).

Samed has been seeding Blockchain projects since late 2017 in Layer 1 blockchains, their scalability solutions (Layer 2’s and rollups), Interoperability and Decentralised Finance.

He joined Altana in February 2014 as the firm’s quantitative analyst and risk manager. He ran Altana’s quant team for four years, supporting the firm’s discretionary and systematic strategies from idea generation, backtesting and execution before moving into managing a systematic equity fund in 2018.

Before Altana, Samed has had nine years sell-side experience in structured products quantitative analysis, pricing and risk oversight across Equity and Credit. He was a Derivatives Trading Analyst at SocGen Investment Bank, a Credit Quant Analyst at JP Morgan and an Associate Director at RBC Capital Markets.

Samed is a Director of Altana UCITS Funds and a CFA charter holder. He holds an MSc. in Financial and Mathematical Engineering from Polytechnic Federal School of Lausanne, Switzerland and an MSc in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from ENISMAG in France

Chris is the CIO of Digital Assets at Amitis Capital.  In his early career, Chris worked at several major institutions including CIBC World Markets, Société Générale Barr Devlin, Antarctica Asset Management and ING Investment Management. In 2010, he joined SAIL Advisors (the family office of the founder of Duty-Free Shoppers) as Head of Research for Tactical Trading and Relative Value Strategies. He later joined Cliffwater LLC as Managing Director covering global macro and relative value strategies on the hedge fund research team. Most recently, Chris was the CIO of Digital Assets at Forest Road, where he oversaw a digital assets-focused venture capital fund of funds.

Chris has a BA in Economics and Anthropology from the University of Pennsylvania and an MComm in Finance from the University of New South Wales, where he was a Federation Scholar. Chris holds the CFA, CPA, and CAIA designations.  Chris has broken 9 Guinness World Records and has run marathons on all 7 continents and in all 50 US states.

Richard is co-Portfolio Manager for Bentley Digital Assets Fund, a long biased digital assets fund of funds. He joined Bentley Reid in 2012 and works on the Investment Team in London. He is a CFA Charterholder and a keen student of technical analysis. Richard has over 25 years’ investment experience including roles at multi-family office Lord North Street Ltd, M&G Investments and Schroders. He has a degree in English Language & Literature from Liverpool University. Richard is a sports enthusiast enjoying golf and chess in his spare time. He is a life-long supporter of Nottingham Forest football club and is a father of three.

Tom Higgins has experience in financial technology spanning over 25 years. With an in-depth knowledge of the trading technology industry, Tom set up Gold-i in 2008 after spotting a gap in the market to enhance the FX trading process. Tom has played a major role in disrupting the retail FX and digital asset markets, giving opportunities to brokers and funds across the globe. He extended the firm’s focus to digital assets in 2017 with MatrixNET, a proven digital asset solution for consuming and distributing Crypto liquidity, to support the growing demand to trade crypto.

Ubair Javaid is a digital asset, digital ledger technology (DLT), and tokenization expert with a track record of creating innovative digital asset management solutions. As the CEO of Nomyx, he leads a team that is pioneering the democratization of asset tokenization across multiple industries. He has extensive experience in blockchain architecture, compliance for IoT, and data-driven billing platforms for commercial airliners.

He previously led developmental efforts for Panasonic Avionics, where he developed solutions that integrated data analytics with Salesforce to optimize complex SLA-driven billing environments. His current focus is on delivering cutting-edge blockchain products that solve critical enterprise challenges.

Carl Szantyr is the founder and managing partner of BlockstoneCapital. Having graduated with an MBA degree from ColumbiaBusiness School, Carl brings over 20 years of experience in capitalmarkets and traditional finance.           

At twenty-five, Carl launched the first derivatives and structuredproducts platform in France enabling wealth managers to accessinstitutional level pricing and structures. Since 2011, Carl has offeredadvisory services to companies looking to refine strategy andstructuring, as well as provided guidance on expansion in Europe andAsia including fundraising and M&A strategies.

Since 2017, Carl has helped clients to take advantage of the cryptoinnovations, offered advisory, capital raising and investmentopportunities for the Blockchain economy. Carl has been focusing oncrypto strategies, and in 2021 he led the establishment andmanagement of Blockstone Capital, where he has been responsible formanaging digital asset investment strategies.

Henri Arslanian is the co-founder and managing partner of Nine Blocks Capital Management, one of the largest institutional-grade crypto hedge funds globally and the first crypto hedge fund to be licensed by Dubai's VARA.   

Previously, Henri was a partner and global crypto leader at PwC. In this role, he advised many of the world's leading crypto exchanges, investors, financial institutions, and tech firms on their crypto initiatives. He also consulted numerous governments, regulators, and central banks on crypto regulatory and policy matters.   

Henri is also the co-founder and Chairman of the Board of ACX International, the world's largest crypto compliance specialized services firm with over 250 staff dedicated exclusively to digital assets. 

Henri serves on the board or advisory board of numerous private and public firms globally, including several regulatory and central bank advisory boards. 

Christian Moor, Principal Policy Expert joined the European Banking Authority in Nov 2010. Since Jan 2023 he represents the EBA in the Basel Crypto asset workstream and works on the implementation of MiCAR and crypto asset rules in the EU banking regulation. 

Before this role, Christian held various positions at EBA, including as team leader and senior expert on own funds, IFRS 9 benchmarking and large exposure. He was also responsible for the Capital Markets Union group, handling regulation and policy on topics such as securitisation, covered bonds, infrastructure finance, and sustainable finance. 

Before joining the EBA, Christian was a senior banking supervisor at De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB). From 2000 to 2008, he worked in structured finance and covered bonds at HSBC Bank, Fitch Ratings, and Fortis Bank. At HSBC, he originated and structured securitisation and covered bonds transactions in Northern and Eastern Europe. At Fitch, he rated RMBS and Covered Bonds across Europe. 

Christian has an MSc in economics from the University of Groningen, Netherlands.

Jon Campagna is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Nexyst Digital, a quantitative multi-strategy, multi-manager firm specializing in digital assets. Before launching Nexyst Digital, he was a Partner at CoinFund, where he led the Trading & Infrastructure division and served on the Executive, Investment, and Risk & Operations Committees. Jon brings over 15 years of experience in traditional finance, having held key roles at RBC Capital, OppenheimerFunds, and BlackRock. He also serves on the boards of blockchain technology companies Redefine and Incyt Technologies.

Admire joined Numeus in June 2022 as Managing Director to lead the operational due diligence on crypto hedge funds as well as operational set up of the funds business, including compliance. 

Prior to joining Numeus, Admire was a Senior Operational Due Diligence Officer at UBS Hedge Fund Solutions (having joined in August 2011), where he focused on the ODD on hedge funds. During his time at UBS, Admire led and set up the ODD framework on crypto funds.   

Before joining UBS, he was a Senior Audit Manager at KPMG in the Channel Islands, where he managed the audits of alternative investment fund clients, including hedge funds (2005-2011). Before that, Admire worked at Deloitte audit department in Botswana (2003-2005).  

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant following his training with Deloitte Harare, Zimbabwe (2000-2003) and is a member of the Institutes of Chartered Accountants in both Zimbabwe and England & Wales; and holds an MBA from Warwick Business School (UK). 

Alex is Head of Quant at Silver 8, an institutional investment firm focused on digital assets. In this role he is responsible for managing a team of quant researchers and developing the firm's investment strategy, with an emphasis on statistical analysis and options trading. Alex was part of the hedge funds team at UBP prior to joining Silver 8. He has an MSc in Risk Management & Financial Engineering from Imperial College and an MSc in Data Science from the University of Bath. 

Holly is an Analyst at Albourne Partners Limited, specializing in operational due diligence. In her role, she focuses on evaluating and communicating the operational risks of alternative fund managers to institutional investors, and specializes in digital assets. Holly is a member of the AIMA Digital Assets Working Group (DAWG). Holly holds an Accounting & Finance degree from the University of East Anglia. 

Luke Dorney, Head of Custody, LMAX Group 

Luke is the Head of Custody for LMAX Group, a leading operator of institutional exchanges for FX and digital assets trading. 

Luke is responsible for leading the direction, development and strategy for the Group's custody solution. 

Luke has over two decades of experience in traditional finance and digital assets. He was previously General Manager and Vice President of Sales US & EMEA for Blockdaemon and Head of Sales and Partnerships at Zodia Custody. Prior to these roles, Luke spent over a decade with J.P. Morgan in a variety of roles focused on custody, collateral, financing and settlement. He also spent almost four years with BNY Mellon in a client service role. 

Thijs is Head Trader at VanEck’s Digital Asset Alpha Fund, a hedge fund focused on institutional-grade digital asset strategies. He began his career in 2018 as a portfolio manager at Dutch Digital Asset Fund before pursuing a Master’s in Finance. After completing his studies, he joined DEGIRO, one of the largest online brokerages in Europe, gaining broad exposure to traditional markets. At VanEck, he leads trading operations and contributes to the fund’s investment strategy. He has been actively involved in the crypto space since 2017. 

Kaitlin Argeaux is the Founder & CEO of CryptoMondays London, one of the city’s largest Web3 communities. With a background in blockchain consulting, event strategy, and theatre arts, she brings a dynamic mix of creativity and operational insight to the space. She’s produced major activations for companies such as Outlier Ventures, Tezos, and Cudos, published a crypto news vertical at City AM, and regularly speaks at global conferences like NFT.NYC and Paris Blockchain Week. Kaitlin is passionate about building accessible onramps into Web3 and using culture as a bridge to emerging technologies. 

Anna Dinescu is a Partner at Hilbert Capital, a premier institutional digital asset manager, listed on the Nasdaq Nordic stock exchange.  

In 2020, Anna Co-Founded Liberty Road Capital Ltd., an innovative alternative- investment manager where she led the development and operations of multi-strategy portfolios focused on yield generation through derivatives for digital assets. Liberty Road was acquired by Hilbert Capital in December 2024. 

Prior to that, Anna has held leadership roles at global firms including Ernst & Young and Oracle Corporation. Her expertise spans risk management, business development, and capital strategy across fintech, blockchain, and alternative investments, working closely with venture capital funds, hedge funds, family offices, and fintech startups. 

Anna holds a degree in International Business from the Bucharest University of 

Economic Studies, a Bachelor and Master’s degree in International 

Economics and Management from Università Bocconi. 

Omid heads business development globally for Matrixport's institutional business.

In his previous career, he spent over a decade on multiple electronic FX trading desks namely ICAP and The London Stock Exchange Group covering banks, hedge funds and asset managers.

Omid has a BSc in Economics & Finance from the University of London and an MBA from Cass Business School.

Charles-Henry Monchau is the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and Member of the Executive Committee at Bank Syz. He joined the firm in early 2021 from a Swiss Digital Bank, where he was CIO and Chief Commercial Officer. Prior to this, he had been CIO of Al Mal Capital (Dubai Investments), Head of the Asset Allocation Team for the EMEA region at Deutsche Bank and held various C-level positions in Geneva, Zurich, Dubai, Nassau and Paris. He has an Executive MBA from IE Business School and an MSc in Finance from HEC Geneva. He is also a CFA, CMT, CAIA and CIIA charter holder. 

As President of Bullish Exchange, Chris provides strategic leadership to broaden Bullish’s institutional customer base, expand its regulatory footprint, and drive the platform’s next phase of growth. Prior to this role, Chris served as Vice President, Head of Institutional, where he led strategic initiatives that fueled growth and innovation between the exchange and exchange-related products. 

Chris joined Bullish after nearly five years at Fidelity, where he was instrumental in their rapid growth, serving in various leadership roles including Head of Institutional, Head of Europe, and President of Fidelity Digital Asset Management. Prior to Fidelity, he was a Managing Director at Barclays Investment Bank, where he led commodities trading and digital assets. 

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science. 

Nathan Sage is CEO of Sage Capital, a digital prime brokerage serving hedge funds, trading firms, and brokerages in the digital asset space. With over 25 years in financial services, he has held roles as a partner at a tier-1 consultancy, global head of predictive analytics, and regulated fund manager. Nathan has led the development of institutional-grade algorithmic trading systems and built a robust infrastructure that has processed billions in crypto trades. His expertise lies in merging fund management, big data analytics, and cryptocurrency trading to provide clients with reliable, low-latency, and deep liquidity services.

Lisa Tyshchenko is an Associate Director at CoinShares, responsible for developing partnerships and relationships with institutional investors across Swiss and Italian markets. She worked as a relationship manager and client advisor at Deutsche Bank Wealth Management in Geneva for two years, and joined CoinShares to realise her ambition to help intermediaries and professional investors capture growth opportunities within the digital asset eco-system, through actively managed investments such as Hedge Funds and passive product investments like ETPs. 

Peter has worked in wealth management in the City of London since 2008, gaining extensive experience in financial markets and investment strategy. In 2021, he co-founded Jacobi Asset Management to bring regulated digital asset ETFs to traditional investors. In 2023, Jacobi launched Europe’s first Bitcoin ETF, a landmark achievement in bridging digital assets with mainstream finance. Peter continues to lead the firm’s efforts in delivering innovative, compliant investment products that meet the evolving needs of investors, combining his deep industry knowledge with a forward-looking vision for the future of asset management.   

Mike Higgins is Global Head of Business Development at Hidden Road and is Partner, Head of EMEA & UK. A highly articulate, motivated and experienced director with nearly two decades of experience within the financial markets, Mike possesses deep understanding across the spectrum of the global digital assets, equity index and commodity-based synthetic futures, exchange-based futures, spot FX and precious metals markets with a strong emphasis on e-trading technologies, methodologies and workflows. His specific skills in E-Commerce, APIs, GUI, price generation algorithms, risk management and hedging strategies to a diverse group of market participants prove invaluable as Hidden Road’s network continues to expand. 

Prior to joining Hidden Road, Mike was co-founder and Managing Partner of Coronam ec, a London-based multi-asset algorithmic trading specialist that helped build and manage the distribution network for two large high frequency trading firms across both equity indices and foreign exchange.  Prior roles include senior positions at FXCM, where he served as Director of Institutional FX Sales – EMEA and Vice President of Institutional Sales supporting the firm’s FXCM Prime Brokerage and FastMatch (now Euronext FX) products.   

Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and statistics from Fordham University in New York. 

Darren is Chief Commercial Officer at Komainu 

In this role, Darren drives the implementation of the sales strategy and Komainu's commercial objectives. Prior to joining in 2022, he spent 25 years working in traditional finance roles at HSBC, ABN Amro, and several hedge fund managers including F&C Asset management. Darren brings significant experience in the blockchain space, including leading the EMEA team at digital asset custodian BitGo. 

Britain’s most successful Paralympic swimmer and an active member of the House of Lords with a policy focus on digital technology for public good.

Chris is a passionate advocate for the potential of technology and the benefits of diversity and inclusion with a particular interest in technologies such as AI and blockchain and areas of application such as fintech and trade. 

In Parliament, he specializes in legislation that deals with technology and inclusion, introducing Private Members Bills on the regulation of artificial intelligence and banning unpaid work experience. 

He was integral to the passing of the ground-breaking Electronic Trade Documents Bill. 

Luke Cuthill is Director of Partnership Strategy at Fidelity Digital Assets®, where he leads initiatives that drive innovation and growth in the digital asset space. With over 16 years in finance, including 10 years at J.P. Morgan, Luke brings deep institutional expertise to the evolving digital asset landscape. He entered the space in 2017 with LMAX, helping build their digital asset trading business. Since joining Fidelity Digital Assets® in 2021, he has played a key role in developing new business areas and fostering strategic collaborations that support the firm’s long-term vision in digital assets. 

Brett Reeves is the Head of European Sales and Go Network at BitGo. 

Brett joined the firm in May 2024 and has since then overseen the expansion of BitGo's presence in Europe, which includes onboarding new clients and partners and expanding the volume and scope of business across multiple jurisdictions within the European Union and UK. 

Brett has twenty years' experience in the financial services industry having worked at Citibank, Nomura and Standard Chartered Bank. His background includes working within Prime Brokerage and OTC teams within the FX and interest rates markets. Most recently Brett was the Head of Business Development at the Bequant, a regulated digital asset Prime Broker. 

Olga is an independent consultant covering operational due diligence across various asset classes. She has over 25 years’ experience in due diligence and audit. Prior to founding Vigillion Advisers, Olga was the Head of Operational Due Diligence as Aaro Capital, a boutique asset manager focusing on digital asset funds. years. Prior to that, Olga was part of the ODD teams at AXA Investment Managers and GAM, focusing on hedge funds and alternative credit. Olga started her career with Ernst & Young as an auditor. Olga is a CFA Charterholder and an American CPA. 

Jean-Marc Bonnefous  is  the founder and managing partner of London-based investment management firm Tellurian Capital, focused on next generation assets and covering Digital Assets, AI and Blockchain investing. He manages the Tellurian ExoAlpha Digital Assets systematic hedge fund and was the manager for early-stage technology VC fund Tellurian New Frontier Fund. He is also board member and strategic advisor to a number of technology and blockchain companies.  

Before  founding  Tellurian  in  2006,  Mr. Bonnefous was an investment banker at BNP Paribas for 15 years, responsible for the global commodity sales and trading division of the bank, based in New-York and London. 

Dr. Suzanne Morsfield is the Policy Advisor for CryptoUK, the UK’s leading industry association. She brings more than 15 years of data-driven international experience to her role as a thought leader in corporate reporting and regulation, currently focusing on digital assets.

In addition, Suzanne has been the Global Head of Accounting Solutions for Lukka, a global software and data company serving institutions and governments engaged with crypto assets. She has held sell-side and buy-side anaylses roles at Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan, respectively. Suzanne was an auditor at EY and also served as the Director of Research at Columbia Business School’s think tank, the Center for Excellence in Accounting and Security Analysis (CEASA). Suzanne joined the IFRS Foundation in 2015, where she led projects on improving the primary financial statements and related disclosures subject to IFRS-specific accounting standards. She has served on committees for both the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) and the IFRS Foundation, and was a member of the World Economic Forum’s Crypto Sustainability Coalition and its related Energy Usage Working Group.

Jannah Patchay is the founder of Markets Evolution, a consultancy specialising in financial markets innovation, digital assets, and regulatory strategy. She advises firms on developing and executing commercially and regulatorily sound strategies in fast-evolving financial landscapes. Jannah is also an Executive in Residence at Global Digital Finance, contributing to global policy advocacy for digital assets. A recognised thought leader, she is deeply engaged in shaping the future of money, from stablecoins to CBDCs, and advancing sustainable financial systems. Jannah speaks globally on fintech, policy and innovation, and has played a pivotal role in launching multiple digital finance initiatives.

Stephen has been in the Crypto industry since 2017 and is the former Director of Corporate at Celsius Network. He has been at Algoz since late 2022 and was responsible for the creation of the Algoz Quant Pro product, which won Best New Solution Provider at this year's Hedgeweek Awards. This product eliminates exchange and management counterparty risk, utlises Custody uniquely and he is well qualified to speak on this important development in Crypto Investment. 

Mehdi-Laurent Akkar is the CEO and co-founder of Eltican, a systematic quantitative investment firm specializing in digital assets on centralized exchanges. Founded in 2021, Eltican manages over $125 million across two live strategies: Neutron, a market-neutral relative-value fund, and Positron, a long-only fund. 

Mehdi-Laurent brings over 25 years of experience in quantitative finance and cryptography. He has held senior portfolio management roles at BlueCrest, Balyasny, and BNP Paribas, where he oversaw global systematic equity and futures strategies. Prior to his finance career, he led cryptographic research at Texas Instruments and Schlumberger. 

Mehdi-Laurent holds a PhD in Cryptography and a Master’s in Financial Mathematics (DEA El Karoui). 

David Vatchev leads Tokenization at Fasanara Capital, a $4.5bn asset manager specializing in private credit and digital assets. He oversees product development, partnerships, and strategic distribution of tokenized offerings, including the recently launched FAST tokenized money market fund. With over a decade of investment banking experience at Credit Suisse/UBS and as former Head 
of Sales for Digital Assets and Currencies at R3, David brings a unique blend of TradFi and DeFi expertise. David holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford. 

Jordan Walker is responsible for Growth, Capital Formation, and Business Development at Re7 Capital, an award-winning digital asset investment firm specialising in DeFi yield and liquid alpha strategies. Previously, he was an early member of Fidelity’s digital assets division, where he was responsible for shaping and executing the firm’s Family Office and Wealth Management strategy outside the US. Jordan’s background includes both investment and operator roles across Goldman Sachs, Fidelity, Barclays, and early-stage ventures, combining institutional rigour with entrepreneurial acumen. He is passionate about building meaningful relationships and serves as a trusted advisor to several charitable organisations. Jordan offers a global perspective on finance and decentralised markets.

Thomas has recently joined Qube Research & Technologies to lead their Crypto SMA efforts, based in London. He previously ran Hedge Fund sales for Coinbase Institutional before joining FalconX to set up and run their European crypto brokerage franchise in Oct 2023. Thomas has over 2 decades of experience in Equities & Prime Brokerage and was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs & Citigroup, and a Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He trained as a Chartered Accountant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and holds an MA and MLitt from the University of St Andrews, Scotland. He also qualified as a Certified Corporate Treasurer (AMCT).
